We are not a residential “foreclosure mill” in that most of the foreclosure matters handled by this office involve large and complex business and commercial loan defaults. We partner closely with our clients to craft and execute effective legal strategies that are designed to help maximize recoveries at manageable cost.
In addition to seeking the recovery of the mortgaged real property, we take the requisite action to protect and preserve the mortgaged property and to secure the appointment, where appropriate, of a receiver of rents and profits. We can also proceed, following the entry of a judgment of foreclosure, both to obtain deficiency judgments against parties that may be responsible for the remaining indebtedness as well as to bring about the eviction of any persons or entities that fail, following the completion of the foreclosure sale, to deliver possession of the mortgaged property. Our office can, of course, also supervise any workout negotiations with debtors as well as document, in all facets, any agreement and/or compromise that is reached.
