The Law Offices of Donald J. Tobias also represents its business, institutional and governmental agency clientele in general business and real estate transactional matters. This includes:
(a) Acting as general counsel and legal advisor to these clients, and providing day to day legal advice and troubleshooting on intellectual property, licensing, personnel, financing and other business issues;
(b) Representing clients in the purchase and sale of such businesses as manufacturing plants, retail stores, health clubs and service establishments;
(c) Negotiating and documenting real property and equipment leases, loan agreements, contracts for the purchase and sale of real property and other business agreements; and
(d) Advising clients in the business formation process and in the acquisition of investment capital.
